Booking an event is always a task for the organizer. We offer some tips to help make planning your event possible. In order to book the field for a private game we need a deposit. This deposit usually ranges from $100 to a maximum of $200 depending on the size of the group. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after 48hrs of the booking being made. This guarantees your group the date and time they seek. We recommend you collect a deposit of $20 for each person that says they will attend. From our experience if you don't collect a deposit you could lose at least a third of your group who will change their minds or decide not to show up.
Simply call us at 250-374-6655 to check and see what dates are available, from there we can confirm your date and collect a deposit or give you some choices for alternate dates and times. Keep in mind the following:
- Sundays are now available for private bookings from 1:00-5:00.
- Saturdays are split into two times (10-1:30pm) & (2-5:30pm).
- We do weekday games as long as you have 10 players and we can do them at whatever time suits your group.
- Call us regarding group discounts and we can go over ways to save your group money.
